No Work Life Balance whatsoever. They force you to work on Sundays. Overburden you to the fullest. Its a living hell for NPD engineer as they have press machines at different locations where the tool has to be moved and it takes hours or days. The top management is always ready to blame you instead of solving the problems.

Company policies are terrible. No salary slip is provided. After completion of training period no confirmation of post is given. Responsibilities are not clearly defined. No criteria for evaluation of employees and no fair policy for increment. No long term goal set by senior management and mid level managers only busy in playing politics and getting rid of their potential competition. No robust plans for employee development.
