This review is based on past experieince. Once upon a time it was very good company. Present status, unaware. Lot of changes have taken place afterwards.

That time salary structure was poor which improved substantially now. Also promotions were slow.

Well at this moment after 2.5 years, nothing. A bit of work life balance since there is no work.

...he morning, you don't feel purpose or even motivation to switch on your laptop. Nothing new to learn, no projects at least in India, as a result no appraisals, or compensation perks.

Likes

Good Culture, HR policies, car lease scheme is just awesome, unlimited sick leave, Learning opportunities, Internal Movement Opportunity, Global mindset. Work pressure is low, global connect can lead to longer working hours but it's flexible, No in-out attendance monitoring. Can stay here for long term. Working depends on your Manager, My manager has been extremely supportive and focuses on overall employees growth.

Dislikes

...ery less work on NPI and advanced development. Core Tech folks can stay away. Huge pay disparity between similar experience employees. Dept to Dept wise also too much variation. Grading system is unclear. New Jargon of "Diversity" candidates -promoting females for specific roles. This is contrasting to equal opportunity employer. Recent growth outlook and recalls have damaged brand reputation badly.

Not innovative and still follow old architecture. Resistance to change and new ideas. Most of the leaders in my department are from non medical device background and doesn't understand the importance of right people at right job.
