If luck would get somewhere around 8-15%. In my team, many received appraisal ranging from 2-5%. Management: If for some reason you're transferred to OCL team for client projects, you'll see nothing available..

They should give benefits to their employees and their management should understand that 2-3 people can't run the whole company.

We worked more than 10-15 hours a day but never got any compensation from the company which is not good. If someone is working more than office hours, he should get some food coupons or extra allowance.

...pecialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. They start their day from 5.30am.. and end thr day at no time.. No family life.. if u work with paytm... you are not allowed to have your family.. Such a horrible experiance i have..
