They should give benefits to their employees and their management should understand that 2-3 people can't run the whole company.

We worked more than 10-15 hours a day but never got any compensation from the company which is not good. If someone is working more than office hours, he should get some food coupons or extra allowance.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
