They treat you as they own you, they will never pay anything extra over your fixed salary, no matter how much work they give you, sometimes you have to work 24x7 without sleep or rest when there is some urgent requirement, but you cannot expect any appraisal or extra benefits from them. If you ask for promotion or appraisal, you’ll become their enemy. So you have to work unconditionally like it’s a charity, but you can get good starting salary if you can negotiate it and that’ll remain more or less the same even if you work for 5 years.

Every thing.... *Salary Aane ki der hai bas ye log kuchh v deduction ka reason dekar paise kaat lenge. Humari ha incentive ko hold kar k baad me festival time me release kar denge jaise jaise ki bonus samjho par hume toh pta hota hai na ki wo bonus nhi chu***ya bana rha hai.... Upar company apne baat pr rehti nhi hai offers nikal kar baad me mukar jati hai or market me customer ki gali, laat, jute sab humlog ko khane ko milta hai..... *Or agar kisi se resign kar diya toh company uska resignation except nahi karti hai .... Sidha Abscond kar deti hai..... * Offer letter me salary structure bohot achhi lagti hai.... 13552₹ salary + 12000 incentives or jab aap work start karte ho uske baad aapka ye 13552 gayab apko sirf incentive milta hai or ye log uss incentive me v deduct kar lete hai kuchh na kuchh reason dekar.... * Data hume milta nhi hai senior se..... * Manager ka koi support nhi milta hai..... haan dhamki bohot milta hai id block karne ka

1. Team Leads and Managers are Rude, aggressive. 2. Late night working and working on Saturday and sunday is common here 3. Get abused is daily things even though you are giving your almost 100%. If you give 99.99 % and you misssed 0.01%. Than get ready for abuse and humiliations in front of entire team. 4. Job security is LOL in Paytm. 5. You won't find developers more than 1.5 yrs working in paytm. Each year entire almost all developers resign and company hire the whole team again. 6. No team culture. Just Owner and Slave culture. 7. If you work in paytm for 5 yrs than you will definetly have Blood pressure problem
