They treat you as they own you, they will never pay anything extra over your fixed salary, no matter how much work they give you, sometimes you have to work 24x7 without sleep or rest when there is some urgent requirement, but you cannot expect any appraisal or extra benefits from them. everthing nice but higher mangement spoil everything in terms of appraisal, growth , work culture. Higher management always do good only with his/her favourite employee. They don’t think deserving candidate. Partially , Favouritism play very crucial role there specially operations/Cst departments.

There is no Data Dictionary for many databases & documentation of business flows which is too difficult to develop code & make conclusions. Too much team politics & worst management with illogical follow-ups in critical projects.
