SCAMMMM ALERT....!!! Review is only for Pune office, This company supposed to be call center the kinda management is there, full blown politics, they nurture those who know how to wipe management's @$$ but fire the loyal and hard working people They are breaking every indian labor law, I wish gov should stop this SCAM ASAP Most of the staff is there because of the UK managers and every single person hates the local management and if they come to know if say something againsts them on their backs (via their Stooges), They'll fire you out of nowhere, no womens safety policy or job security, feels like worked at some land under dictatorship and the biggest dictator is that HR and her central team GUYS, SAVE YOURSELVES AND DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAM COMPANY...!!!

Worst company to work with, not sure if it's even considered as a company, feels more like a family business. Full of politics, especially the head of HR for Pune office. No women safety or Job safety, if you don't follow their rules, they'll threaten and fire you Nightmare it is, please skip this company

I like how my manager (who works from the UK) has helped me enormously and treats me like a human more than anything else. Teammates are kind and generously willing to help too

I dislike that the QAs are often not regarded highly for their work, generally.

It products based company and there lots of meetings which technology should be implemented however they are focusing on existing technologies.

There is no job security. They will call you and tell you leave the job today itself even on offer letter there should one month notice period from the company rule and regulation.

everything is managed from UK. Indian management dont have any power. Everything is driven by HR even your line manager dont have permisions but your HR can interfear. False promises are given. Promotions rarely happen to do that you need to do buttering else external resource will be taken. No written policy. policy gets modified in between
