Job security is there in Pacific. Working with Pacific it's a honour for people who wants growth in their career

They are hiring ne people at very high package but not giving good compensation to their existing employees

company is good in every terms they provide you free cabs and work from home

if your salary is high already they will not provide you much hike and not giving any bonus and target is 60 for some process

The employees salary come on time and is also received from the source.

Dislikes

Employees are pressurise and mails are sent on small matters to manager and seniors, and employees view’s are not given any value.

I like the company's employee care sanitation and security are good

Dislikes

Low salary and bond, food in cafeteria and paid canteen are gross, and they don't care about the employee health, it is very hard to make work life balance in this hard working environment
