I would like to thank Pacific BPO because they gave me a chance to work with them. Here in the Pacific, we feel so secure in terms of Job security and compensation. Today's Situation where many people lost their jobs due to this pandemic crisis we Pacifician's working from home and feel safe and secure in terms of personal level along with professional level. Not now in this Pandemic crisis where we are still getting salary on time and working from home. everything is awesome.

...eer growth is good and Every body got chance to grow in his professional life. Salary and appraisal is Good as compared to other companies in RCM. Work environment and culture is Very good if Pacific and anybody can work and enjoy his life at same time.

Dislikes

There is not much in negative but Transport and cafeteria is not up to the mark...otherwise Good company environment and culture.

company is good in every terms they provide you free cabs and work from home

if your salary is high already they will not provide you much hike and not giving any bonus and target is 60 for some process

The employees salary come on time and is also received from the source.

Dislikes

Employees are pressurise and mails are sent on small matters to manager and seniors, and employees view’s are not given any value.

I like the company's employee care sanitation and security are good

Dislikes

Low salary and bond, food in cafeteria and paid canteen are gross, and they don't care about the employee health, it is very hard to make work life balance in this hard working environment
