Honestly nothing bad to say about Pand O. However the salary could be at par to other cruise lines . I have worked here for 10 yr and feel well looked after. There is always room for improvement for employees and employers and I am sure P and O will do it's best for it's employees.

I work on Cruise ship, and working here is the best thing that have happened to me ever. I love my company and it's work culture. Also companies policies towards employees are very good and company tries to take care of it's employees in every way possible.

Growth is slow. Salary could be a bit better looking at today economic growth in India. Salary is different for different nationalities having same position. Provident funds should be started for crew as there is nothing to look back on once retired.

Its a very good company to work with. P&O cruises take care of their employee and guest very well. Safety and well-being is their first priority. Very friendly atmosphere. We are like a family. Even in this pandemic P&O cruises keeps on updating whats going on in the company. Everything is transparent.

To be honest slow hike in pay and slow growth. We are sure that top management in the office will be not aware what’s happening in ship management level. Lots of favouritism in case of promotion. Rest all is fine
