...ind how what work I am doing in client site. That is only connection to company. Else just get salary end of month. No other connection to parent company. Just put in client site thats all. They forget us.

When I joined it was good. I asked my manager for some training reimbursement. He rudely said they will not reimburse just do your work. Then when I asked to do some certification they said do on my own cost. When I asked if my project will extend or I should see another project he said he will take care. I kept on asking and did not get a response. Then few days back client said project over. Thats all. I immediately got exit notice. They ask me to resign saying I want to leave. I refused. They itself sent a mail exit in 30 days. How much long I worked for them. They say they have bench policy when hiring. Now their bench policy is zero days bench. very rough dealing HR team, Just take phone and say people are fired. I asked for another project, Manager told my skill is not regular skill they use in other account they will fire me. That means they hire when they need then immediately fire by giving notice. When I ask what skill they have proejct they said only java people they keep on bench, Hire then use then fire. Sounds dirty place. Dont ever try in my view ok.

The offer process and joining was very smooth. Paid on time. Relocation money was good.

They are a company tying to do many things but finally do nothing. They started new client project CTOS and I joined in Dec 2022 in Chennai. All the time we were working on releases and implementation windows are very small. Client did a transition work but that was not sufficient. We ask team for more help but they said no more transition you are to work independently. Client has not idea what all to do. Optimum contract company also no idea how to handle this. Impact is we are all getting release from project saying we are poor performer. Many people got released already in this client. Point is you take panga with clients they will throw you out. If your team manager cannot talk for you it is worthless working here. Very painful experience last many months in this place.

...ms optimum contracts with this client itself over and no new projects will come. They say many customers in Chennai location but when I ask they say my salary is high they won't get good bill rate so terminating me. Which means they hire for 1 project only. After that they will finish you. Keep in mind on this when choosing job with them.

their Bengaluru office it is so near my house so works for me. There is no firing in my projects as many others have written in other reviews.

...clients as Accenture team and their client Central Provident Fund CPF Singapore. My salary company is optimum infosystem (some place they call them optimum solutions some place infosystem). We are a big team here in Bengaluru. Technology is very old but the work is going fine. No connection with payroll company. We work with Accenture team mostly who lead design and development planning. That team is very immature sometimes. A lot of times whenever we give any good design idea they take it to their end client as their own work. This project is going good but I dont see much future growth and payroll company is also not investing in any training. These aspects need to be taken care of. One another thing is the quality of restrooms. Women restroom hygiene is a mess, I have made many complaints to management team who sit in office but no action taken. Not sure who reads this in the company but want to put here.

In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.
