Worst than ever, No work life balance more14 hrs per day, Not getting leaves approved, Needs to work on weekends with no comp off or pay, They treat you like a labour not like a professional, You get a call even if you are leave and saying like because you we got blocked.

Senior never helps there junior and always says do yourself I don't know how. Salary is very low according to the work they want you to do. No life balance. Bond for two years.

Nothing exceptional. Most of the fresher's work include bug fixing and random work. Most of the time the bugs are not code related but either network issue or client issue.

Dislikes

No bonuses, 3 months notice period + they hold entire salary for 3 months, no work life balance - you have to be available 24/7 (and i mean seriously 24/7) in the name of flexible timings, other employees are way over worked as well, hr politics - if you're someone at engineering role they might respond to you otherwise for support roles; they don't care.

Nothing to like in this company as t will give you no learning and just your manager will make your work day and night no work life balance

...y don't respect you personal life even on Sunday and Saturday you have to work . This is permanant you need to understand you have to work every weekend no appreciation will be given for that salary is minimal you will get frustrated and will start questioning your self senior are highly discouraging will treat you like your servants Don't join this organisation other you will regret it

Work culture Unsupportive team No training structures Trainer always looks busy but without any work. The dumbest of all is the HR manager (Reetu Garg). She will give the new joiner PIP without any concrete reason instead of issuing warning letter. She doesn't have any work, only roams on the floor and issues PIPs for no reason. Never join Opkey if you don't want to spoil your career. There is huge amount of politics with the organisation.
