Nothing exceptional. Most of the fresher's work include bug fixing and random work. Most of the time the bugs are not code related but either network issue or client issue.

Dislikes

No bonuses, 3 months notice period + they hold entire salary for 3 months, no work life balance - you have to be available 24/7 (and i mean seriously 24/7) in the name of flexible timings, other employees are way over worked as well, hr politics - if you're someone at engineering role they might respond to you otherwise for support roles; they don't care.

Everything. Managers will behave like they are having the work of whole world. They will always pretend to be busy. You are not going to learn anything just you will be distant from friends, family even yourself. Very toxic and stressful environment. If you are fresher don't even think to join (be unemployed for some more days and do some projects and join better place). You will be better on bench in MNC but not here. Don't expect of training nothing is going to be provided provided you, but they will mention on paper. It is better to be dead that working at this company. It's the diwali week and they forced us to work every day of it, and on diwali they want us to provide remote support as well. Please, keep in mind that there were no leaves for the last 105 days ( we were doing wfh even on weekends). No compensation were\will be provided for this extra work load and no days will be compensated for the same. They just use you like a resource that is rented to do their job. One of my project managers lost his wife in an accident but still the company forced him to provide remote support. Please, do a favor by not joining this company. Here, everybody you see works like a donkey. One thing is for sure, the promoters(3 fake IITians), make sure you get nothing at the end. Either, if it is the investor or the employee - nobody will get nothing out of this company. Employees compound some diseases for the long run. You are replaceable anytime with cheap resources. Also, they do a scam by hiring automation engineers(those with real automation skills like selenium, cucumber) but when they join here, they will never use these technologies and they have to use that horrible product 'opkey' to do the testing work. 1) It's the worst company you can find anywhere in the world. 2) They Just hire you as a trainee for 2 years of bond, where after the first 6 months, they force you to resign (Their intention is to pick the best of bests and of course to collect that bond amount). 3) About the CEO, He is actually a dumb guy who shamelessly ask youto work for 16 hours daily. Karma is boomerang "Pankaj(That MF name)". For your case, you will definitely be burried alive soon. 4) About HR, Well she is an a$$ hole who is busy talking with lawyers (as they have to collect that bond amount of 2 lakh rupees in case if you leave). 5) Well, it is a terrible company where you are used like robots (You can understand it, when you look at the CTC - They pay 25% of the ctc to insurance companies as insurance on behalf of you, The only way, you can claim that insurance is to fall sick or after you die). 6) About seniors, they are the so called best of bests that survived this race so far. The moment you join the company - you are straight away compared with these trained a$$ holes. They steal your credits. These so called credit stealers make you work on tough tasks where they themselves take up only the easy tasks. 7) Don't think about work life balance - Your work here will be 15-16 hrs average. 8) If 10 people join here as freshers, 1 or 2 will survive, rest everybody will be forced to submit resignation. 9) In case if you abscond, this company will create the UAN and credit some 2000-3000 in your account which will create problem when you try to join other companies as a fresher. The so called WITCH companies check for your employment history and they ask for the relieving letter. Even most of the other struggling companies have started doing it in the BGV. 10) And also, this MF company spends so much money on BGV, Paying 25% of CTC to insurance companies. 11) Again they force you to attend their stupid shows on weekends. For first time, I feel the need to have minus rating as well for such companies. There is nothing to like here, so far so that there is nothing to even dislike here . Just hate whatever is there and it's better to be dead than working in this company

They treat you like prostitutes rented for just torturing you and get their work done anyhow by hook or by crook. If you don't listen to them, they threaten you to terminate on the basis of immoral activity by creating things. Work from 10am to 1am night, and even on weekends i.e. on Saturday and Sunday as well most often. No learning, no techstack , you've to work on that in-house tool opkey which is nowhere used else in the markets and literally of no use when you move out of this company. It's better to be unemployed for one year more than to get mentally, physically sick and then terminated by them anytime.
