Recently this company has been sold to St telimedia. from the recession period there are no project at all they'll hire and fire. People are joining and leaving. i see the avarage tenure is 3-6months. If you are not happy with your professional journey & career pls join cloudcover consultancy pvt Ltd. They will accuse, whatever may be your performance. It doesn't matter. Only matters is partiality. I was forced to work with such idiots who doesn't even know anything. In return they take our credit. If you want be a slave, Pls feel free to work with cloudcover. They will support you. I suggest you to not even attend single round of interview. Here they will take 4 interview rounds and atlast i,e (after 3-4weeks) they'll inform you that the position went on hold due to unexpected reasons. Even the recruiters are well aware of it in the beginning. Even though the idiotic managers and head of department ask to work on such roles. Don't be a fool to join this fools who covers the sky like clouds to make mistakes. These fools doesn't work in office bcz they can't handle the employee's mutiny. Fraud company. I have such names and info who tried to play smart.

Good WLB Permanent WFH Good benefits like health insurance, flexi benefits, relocation reimbursement, etc.

Dislikes

- Very Average promotions and appraisals - Lack of Senior/Experienced talent, so if you are at mid/senior level, no opportunities to learn technically - Earlier Company was doing good, but now it is becoming a typical Indian IT services company. So don't expect much. - No proper strategy to survive or grow in such a recession. They will hire and fire like anything. - Company culture was too good but is below average now. A lot of politics and power play has come into effect. - Specifically for Data team, company doesn't seem to be interested at all. Changes in leadership and plans happening mostly every month or two.
