Nothing at all. HR lies to the candidate. It's NOT a fixed salary job. Salary date is 15th of each month, which is really bad. They will make you use your own phone to call customers 24x7. Incentive date is not fixed, like it can delay 2 months! Management is the worst, the TL uses slangs, we even had to call on sundays to the customers. And also they won't inform you that Last Sunday of every month you Have to work in office. I performed well, but many employees got only half of their salary, just bcoz the sales was not happening. Then how come it's fixed salary? Why hr is lying?

Everything, my life's Worst mistake was to work there. I was 1 of the top performers there and still hates this place. This is not a company, it's a total joke. Don't believe any word of these 2 faced scammers.

...ption of work from home, nice ambience, allover sanitization facility everytime. Maintaining social distance, work time decreased, full salary paid to all. Boss having nice mentality.

Very bad environment management team are fraud hardcore sells process and after a hard work they don't even pay you total fraud company pathetic office dirt everywhere I don't like anything about the company

Company works from home but the payments are not paid properly, as a HR Manamer I fill bad when I cant paid employee due to not approved from MD
