Nothing at all. HR lies to the candidate. It's NOT a fixed salary job. Salary date is 15th of each month, which is really bad. They will make you use your own phone to call customers 24x7. Incentive date is not fixed, like it can delay 2 months! Management is the worst, the TL uses slangs, we even had to call on sundays to the customers. And also they won't inform you that Last Sunday of every month you Have to work in office. I performed well, but many employees got only half of their salary, just bcoz the sales was not happening. Everything, my life's Worst mistake was to work there. I was 1 of the top performers there and still hates this place. This is not a company, it's a total joke. Don't believe any word of these 2 faced scammers.
