Salary hike is less. May be regionality play role here. Employee with same region gets more benefits rather than employees with other region. Also lot of time use of regional language.

Work experience is so good everyone response at a time when we were asking doubts or questions, after 6 months they taking us as permanent employee so job security we can expect.

Providing low salary and hiring as fresher.

Work life balance is good. Flexible work timings. Casual dress..No compulsion for wearing formals. Leave policy is great. Work pressure is light. Employee friendly company. On job training for freshers.

Compensation is low. Growth is very slow. Less cultural activities and celebrations. No team outings.

It’s an “okay” company to learn marketing strategies. Small location - everyone knows everyone. People are nice with you

Very low pay. Rude colleagues who call themselves seniors because of their tenure, they don't know the basics of the work. The work is just copy-pasting, requires no skill and qualifications. Nobody understand the purpose of doing this. The management is the worst. They are very shady, make fake assurances regarding growth and promotions, target and shame people who speak up or ask for clarity. No efforts taken to retain the top talents. Everyone is leaving and the team will barely make it till the next quarter since it's understaffed and left with people who are good for nothing. When anyone tries to leave due to the above reasons, they are shamed and termed as "job hopper".
