There is a lot to learn as an entry level employee since there is a variety in the type of work and projects you get to do. Flat hierarchy and a good work culture with support from seniors and colleagues.

1. Transparent salary and no nonsense perks (even if limited). 2. People are approachable. 3. Young fraternity (which is also a disadvantage).

Dislikes

1. Too much workload for a company whose core ethics revolve around work life balance. You'll even get advises from seniors, who say "you can work till 10 in the night on weekdays but we don't need to work on weekends, which is cool". 2. Regularly see my colleagues, team leads and managers working at 10PM in the night. 3. Lower management (TL and managers) take your for granted and do not plan their work and expectations accordingly. 4. Work and overall operations is unplanned, supporting it with the words "consulting me aise hi hota hai". 5. Poor or no training given to new joiners, as managers themselves are always overworking.

Very poor work life balance. Managers are not open to training new joiners. Growth is based on your relationship with managers and not on skill.
