...is basic lack of respect for employees' well being and professional development. Management practice: When I was asked to resign, the company refused to honor the notice period pay, despite my willingness to serve the full notice period. When I referenced Indian labor laws, both the manager and HR shamelessly suggested I file a case against the company. I had to escalate the issue to India HR head to fight for my rightful notice pay. Advice to current Employees: If you are placed on a Performance Improvement Plan(PIP), do not waste time trying to improve within this scripted program. Instead, start preparing for your next job. Ensure you do not resign voluntarily, even if pressured to do so. Seel legal advice, as the company will do everything possible to avoid paying notice pay. This is not just my experience; Many former employees have faced similar issues. Those who fight for their rights often succeed in getting their notice pay, while others loos out.

Great people to work with.. ! Very good Cross functional/ teams collaboration!! You can easily reach out and work with anyone in the organisation.. it's something very unique in MNC companies in india.

Dislikes

No career growth, No promotion or salary hikes are not at all regular.. they keep you happy with small gifts- tshirt , bottles etc.. in between. Tax saving options are not good.
