Everything was good but the manager was selfish, no help was provided from his end, bad politics and plays with mind. With him there was no hope for growth, I always had to ask for work, he doesn't know the employee problem, just being as manager to blame if something bad happens

This company provide digital classroom and software. There is good training and teammate. There have avarage growth in the technical field. Work life balance is good.

I dislike salary and appraisal. There is minimum.

There is lot of scope for skill development. Since I bhad to coordinate with different departments, I found most of the staff to be friendly and supportive. I enjoyed working at this place.

Dislikes

Everything was good except that we were not given the bonus amount which is a part of the CTC in these 3 years. This is not only a loss during our tenure here but many of the colleagues expressed that their next hiring company also could not calculate CTC for the full amount but calculated it only on the payslip generated. Amount deducted from our salaries during the pandemic is also not compensated till now as against their promises.

The Company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,And we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow,The work pressure is very high.Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to travel in the same day for client location & attend the client/boss calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation mails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
