Nothing special as they think you are a trained engineer when it comes to work but when it comes to salary package they think are fresher. Only thing they are good about is timely deposition of salary.

1. No Sunday leave. 2. No leave for Festivals (Only Holi, Diwali to Hindu staff and Eid to Muslim staff) 3. No bonus for Holi/Diwali 4. They will engage you in office upto 09 p.m. or even upto 10p.m. after work but they never serve you tea/snacks etc. 5. You will not get leave easily unless you makes lame excuses by telling that your relatives are seriously ill or even died. 6. No salary increment even after 02 years. 7. If you gets injured while going to site company doesn't pay your hospital bills

An age age old public limited company are get to give two months salary of thousands of employee, and they are lecturing in meeting and social media, taking crores of project, but not give salary

During Pandemic NCC provided salary, not done any layoffs. If no new projects they will transfer to another department not terminate the employees

Dislikes

No Growth for Career and Upskilling new technologies. Salary and Promotions are not Satisfactory level. In a project if you do hardwork or not given any performance same increment for all employees with slight change.

Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..

Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Dislikes

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).
