.... 2. No value of talents or skills until we will be pets of higher managers. 3. Salary pending more than 3 months 4. No payment for rental houses every month and it will only come with salary. If salary is delaying then accordingly rent as well. 5.Full and final settlement will get delayed more than 4 months after relieving and we wont get full settlement what we deserve. The management will highlight some hidden points in the appointment letter that will not digest anyone. 6.Every day we need to fight with higher managers for getting our benefits. 7.Very poor working atmosphere for other state staffs except Telangana and Andrapradesh. 8.In site company feels like a monopoly of Telegu staffs.

Management will not give value for old employees, because of new employees are getting much salary package, even old employees are not getting these much.

Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..

Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Dislikes

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).
