Dislike only the part of the salary. At the time of interview they negotiate the present salary as CTC. CTC includes LTA and Bonus. These are annual components. Pf + LTA+ Bonus deduction employee will get Net salary. This is only the unsatisfied and disliked in this company. No proper hike will not get.

No work pressure, great work life balance, site engineers and administration are all well behaved

Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..

Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Dislikes

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).
