Not liking this company. You need to work all day night what ever may be the situation.and get paid less.

Less pay no support from your senior or manager work like a cow.quality is zero in rain water leaking from wall and ceiling. Always power failure.

...on company will never terminate anyone in any condition and 100% job security. Time to time salary will provide at correct time. During the time of Covid-19 company has taken more effort for employees to free from covid-19 like sanitizing total camp,clean and healthy accomodation, compulsary of mask,maintaing social distance,maintaing quarantine for the people return from thier hometown.

...of contract is going on at Head Office Hyderabad. work environment is very good. Salary and policies are also good.

During Pandemic NCC provided salary, not done any layoffs. If no new projects they will transfer to another department not terminate the employees

Dislikes

No Growth for Career and Upskilling new technologies. Salary and Promotions are not Satisfactory level. In a project if you do hardwork or not given any performance same increment for all employees with slight change.

Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..
