The Leave policy is the only thing good about this company.
Dislikes
...espite being assured of competitive pay, you will often find yourself underpaid. During appraisal discussions, the management frequently justifies minimal increments by claiming that your salary is already above the industry benchmark—a statement far removed from reality.
Over time, this persistent undervaluation can erode your motivation and hinder your professional growth. You may feel trapped by the rigid 90-day notice period policy, which not only limits your mobility but also causes you to lose touch with critical interview skills.
The work culture leaves much to be desired. Managers often show little regard for employee well-being, fostering an environment where working excessively long hours is the norm. The lack of genuine recognition or meaningful benefits further exacerbates the dissatisfaction.
Overall, this workplace struggles to provide a supportive or rewarding environment, leaving employees feeling unappreciated, demotivated, and stagnant in their careers.
1. Very little appraisal.
2. Management people are full of it. Many micro-manage a lot and dont have any proper technical knowledge.
3. No skill development unless you are in a good BU. Too much operational work - It gets on your nerve.
...ple work, no higher risks and accountability despite being in Banking Operation. Layers of scrutiny and focus on hugely learning & development of an employee rather than their salary and other payables
...posit any sum deducted during my tenure with RBS at the Employee Provident Fund. The salary rise is very scant. They make you work long hours, no overtime and all. There are many projects happening there, the front level employees have to work but all the credit goes to the Manager or the Team Leader. The working hours are very long, very less breaks. Highly monitored environment. It's like being inside a military dome not in a cubicle. All-in-all, with less pay and less morale, one cannot stand long in this company. This company values perfection, but not employee's life.
Nothing special to highlight, just a normal corporate like others.

Hike and Appraisal is not very attractive. The organization demands you to be more competitive and challanging but salary Or appraisal won't be competitive, it's usual as per market or below market norms.

...on a fixed-term contract with no intention of making me a permanent employee.
2.No Salary Increment: As an FTC employee, there were no salary increments, which is extremely discouraging and doesn't reflect the hard work and dedication put into the job.
3.Unstable Work Assignments: After the probation period, they assigned me to different teams for various projects. Despite contributing significantly to these projects, they still refused to make my position permanent. Once the project was completed, they simply terminated my contract.
4.External Hiring Over Internal Promotion: Instead of offering permanent positions to current FTC employees, the company continuously hires new people from outside. This practice shows a complete disregard for the loyalty and potential of their current employees.
