1. Very little appraisal. 2. Management people are full of it. Many micro-manage a lot and dont have any proper technical knowledge. 3. No skill development unless you are in a good BU. Too much operational work - It gets on your nerve.

People at higher level are highly communal in my team and also have no legitimate skills to be at higher level. They will even force you to get indulge into nonsense extra activities like playing bollywood quizzes and dancing on Bollywood songs etc which hardly holds any logic. Manager is biased towards senior employees within team as far as granting leaves is concerned

Great company to work for! They have some amazing people and management. If you are willing they will invest endless on your learning and skill development (would vary from department to department)

Compensation for internal employees is low.

...tly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

Dislikes

...romoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.
