... culture at NatWest Group is so toxic that the employee tends to get frustrated. Salary is peanuts compared to other good companies. Senior management and HR are like statues in whom company is wasting money as they have no power/role. Pathetic company with no regards to employees. Biggest mistake to consider NatWest

Since it's been 5 years working with RBS,it feels like second home to me. Ample opportunities to learn and grow if you are concerned about your growth. Work life balance is amazing.. facilities like work from home and fkexi timmings are there. Seniors and management are supportive and understanding. Job security is there unless you do something that is not acceptable within the policy.

Salary is little less as per market standards.

Work life balance is fantastic in RBS. Job security is also a point which one should keep in mind as noone in RBS lose their job during Covid-19 hard time. Company also supported its employees in many different ways as well.

Salary and there should be more outdoor games activities
