...posit any sum deducted during my tenure with RBS at the Employee Provident Fund. The salary rise is very scant. They make you work long hours, no overtime and all. There are many projects happening there, the front level employees have to work but all the credit goes to the Manager or the Team Leader. The working hours are very long, very less breaks. Highly monitored environment. It's like being inside a military dome not in a cubicle. All-in-all, with less pay and less morale, one cannot stand long in this company. This company values perfection, but not employee's life.

You could get into a team where management is poor Managers/lead do not support you and rather focus only on getting their tasks done by any means No team bonding and understanding. In fact everyone will be pointing out fingers when something goes wrong There is no technical work given though they know an employee has technical skills. Rather ask you to do monitoring and manual tasks everyday. They don’t give time to automate solutions and instead dump more and more manual tasks everyday Observed partiality within team

One of the excellent company to work. The office has providing good package and good work life balance. Most of the team members are working here for more than 15 years. I love to work here 😍

I like the working culture and the companies adaptability with new techs to improve both customer experience and employee experience. I must appreciate the bank's initiative to take care of it's people and customer during pandemic and kept employees out of stress. NatWest Group has been gradually adopting learning as it's part of working culture. I can say that it's so so futuristic and I really appreciate it.

Brilliant professional approach towards work and great work environment. Constant training programmes. Good work-life balance with no excessive stress. Great scope for learning new things. Had a beautiful pantry, with well-served food.

Compensation and growth was pretty low. Except for this, everything was great.
