Being with natwest for 6 years now and honestly the only advantage here is that it's a good working environment for women employees and a great place for inclusion & diversity

Dislikes

1. Slow growth 2. Unsatisfactory bonus & hike 3. Less monetory benefits 4. No proper recognition for work done 5. Less learning & development on personal growth rather it's always work with 0 work life balance 6. A good company for starters ranging from 1-2 years but that too depends on the team you end up with.

It totally depends on the department you work for. Initially when i was part of gcs, the work environment was chill but after they moved us to transaction filtering things became worse.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No holidays on public holiday Long extended working hours without extra pay. Micro monitoring No leaves , they will bother you even if you are sick.

Working atmosphere is too good and job security is also just like government job.good pay scale and lots of career growth opportunities available...wide scope to develop your skills and improve your talent by learning and development within organization

No such thing I have observed as of now as I find it very much fit to work and specially for female employee is best in all.

...tly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

Dislikes

...romoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.
