Young people they have hired are really good. And teams are majorly young only. Pay is good.

Dislikes

The upper management is really bad, they have hired people with background in the army for upper positions. They dont know how to run the company. They think they are running an army unit and not an IT company. Work culture is very toxic even when majority of people are good.

i have nothing to dislike about the company ,as a new observer i am more keen to see the good side majorly.

Great learning experience, friendly nature of all members. My reporting manager is well-understanding and my seniors are also fun-loving and always looking forward to growing.

Dislikes

Some people must know that giving results fast would not always mean a better product if we neglect its base structure. Abraham Lincoln was quoted as saying "Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.". Also, if there is something in the design that can be improved on, we should take everyone's ideas into account in an unbiased way.

Worst HR experience ever, The Team Lead doesn't even have any experience about HR, Use of drugs during working hours. Excessive stress and worst work life balance. Management doesn't even care about any thing except parties wasting money of co-founder's .

The company was founded by some Indians who are based out of US but the rest of the team is based out of Chandigarh. The office location is pretty good as its inside a tech park. The product is being used by few companies who are basically sustaining the company. It just does the basic work expected out of an electronic signature solution. The technical team is good and they work on maintaining the product and add some features which keeps it relevant in the market.

Where do I start, let me begin at the very bottom. There isn't any coordination between the sales and technical/delivery teams. The technical team hasn't released any new feature in the last 2 years, can you believe that and they say they are agile. What has been promised to be made available in 2 months to clients hasn't been delivered in 8 months and still counting. The finance team has just 2 people and they don't even know if a client has paid for the product or not, all of a sudden they ask the sales person to follow up with the client of the payment and the client would have stopped using the product long ago. They sent me a laptop which started malfunctioning after a couple of months and when I requested for a replacement, they told me to parcel it and refused to refund the parcel charges stating that its not in their policy. The marketing team posts on linkedin and other apps but the conversion is zero as all the inbound leads are less than the number of posts. Just for one case study which is of 2 slides, the marketing team takes more than a week to deliver and the output is so bad that we end up not using it. The sales team is headed by a guy works out of Dubai and has no clue about sales process in India or US. He claims to have genuine contacts in various industries but doesn't share even one with the sales team. He overpromises to the client and when we don't deliver blames us for not closing the deal. The top management is not bothered about the product or in acquiring new clients as they have a set of 3 to 4 clients in US who give them enough money. The management openly lies by telling us that there are more than 600 active clients but the actual number is close to 35. By far one of the worst companies to work for. They make many promises about growth, startup culture and learning but trust me none of them are true. The HR team wont answer your calls once you have resigned. I hope this honest review will make people think twice before joining.
