Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct comprehensive product demos to showcase the value and capabilities of our SaaS solutions.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop and present tailored proposals that address customer requirements and highlight the benefits of our solutions.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers and partners, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements and features.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales and Marketing from an institute of repute.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
