Few flaws but overall a really good organization to work. Great interms of job security and career opportunities.

Can do better with facilities, transportation and compensation break down at the time of hiring.

There's nothing to like other than cab facility which is a good thing though you're paying for it still transport facility is good. Anyway it's good for freshers if you want to get to know about the corporate world.

Dislikes

Everything except what I mentioned above is horrible, it may be salary, employee facilities, career growth there's nothing to love to work with the company.(please note that these things happen in BPO sector not others)

The work culture and the people are very much supportive Huge opportunity to learn and gain experience but the salary and hike is very poor not as per the industry

There is a lot of politics. Salary is very low and does not increase much but it is a great platform for newcomers to experience.
