Dislikes

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.

...s do not give good hike and there's no tool they use for wfm so no new learning. They give freshers more package then experienced candidates. No appraisal in a year.

I have been there for more than a year. I have seen good opportunity on the floor. People are friendly good environment to work in. Night shift allowance are there based on project. If you get out of one project there is a lot project that offers more opportunities. The bench managers are very active for alligning employees to other projects when you are on bench Salary on time Leads are helpfull They provide total 24 leaves ( 12 cl ) ( 12 pl ) There is a culture of appreciation to hard working employees ( 1000 bucks bonus) As of now Pune Eon It park canteen was good.

... to people who are taking advantage of the company treating as a government job. They say you will get good variable pay but this is not so, it come between 20-30% of your variable pay Bench policies not good , 1 month full pay and 2 month half pay during bench period Don't expect upraisal Managers have no power to do anything, they only can give warnings to people who are irregular and with bad behaviour.

No growth No increment No training No learning Leadership is old school Majority of them are just complacent with their work and just want to take salary and not add any value to business Leadership is visionless and no updates are shared with below level

The salary offered in this company is significantly lower compared to other companies, and the annual increment is also quite minimal.
