Being a very big company, no perk or benifits. Insurance policy sucks, you may need to pay a significant amount if you need a better one.

Good for Middle Level Resources as you get to learn the new skills in a production environment while working with the clients onsite. Chances of getting on to the payroll of the clients. However, chances are bleak(may not be even 5%).

Dislikes

Not good for senior resources. Hikes are not given even after 3 years. Besides this, variable pay will be deducted on play of number game. Resources will not have any recognition as the resources will be outsourced to work at client place. DO NOT expect anything other than Net salary (excluding variable pay). No yearly hikes, elevations. Chances of luring with a tantalizing bait of overseas opportunity which of course would never happen. Grateful for the opportunity given yet not a satisfactory journey.

Everything No project in hyderabad No hikes last 3 years Worst bench policy, bench will start once ur release initiated though ur in project . 1st two months full salary, 3,4th half salary and then no salary till I get project. My best suggestion is please ask 3x or 4times salary and then join here otherwise don't join. No canteen in sky view building Another worst is transport team, they don't know hyd routing

Worst in terms of salary hikes, from almost two years I'm working here and I did not see a penny hike yet. Keeping aside hikes, they are not paying Variable component also from last one year. Variable pay is part of your CTC, not even paying it partially or fully is pathetic part of the company.

I have been working here for the past 1 year. Things that I like about Mphasis are work culture, night shift allowance, job security (once your current project term comes to an end you'll be absorbed into another in no time , I have seen it with many of my colleagues), work life balance ( depends on project though, right from start I have WFH due to covid, so cannot comment if it remains that flexible once the office reopens .

Dislikes

Hikes are very low , package is also not that great. Tech stack is not that great ( depends on projects though)
