Depends on the manager and project. In small companies salaries will not be on time. Here we get salaries on time. Manager is approachable and we can get a good guidance from him whenever required. Depending on the project, we get opportunities to learn and explore more and gain knowledge and upskill ourselves.

...e then it will be equal to 8hrs and for that they will give 600 or 700 rupees. While joining only we must expect a good package. After joining don't expect a hike or bonus. Just work.

The way they creates new policies with out asking employees changing them on their own and not paying variable pay and ni clear info on anything taking good benifits from clients and throwing peanuts to employees.

...ary etc.. There is no proper information about anything going on within Mphasis. We haven't received Variable Pay for 2 quarters and nobody informed about not getting VPP. Employee culture is very bad. We were on a project and suddenly ended, we were notified on last day of the project that we don't need to login from tomorrow. which means we will be going on bench. We haven't received any appraisal over the last 3 years. Overall this is not a company for career growth, this is just like a timepass company. Management only cares about renewing the project. We were not put into right project. As I have 6+ years of experience, I have been put into L1 task which even freshers can do.

Work culture and life balance is good.

Salary part is very worst, past 5 years they are not given any salary hike in most of the employee. Very less projects, still they are depends with dxc in project related.

... bit hard here. They don't focus much on the skill development of the employees. Compensation and salary is according to the standards. Work culture is also very good.

Please focus on the growth of your employees as many employees are looking to switch and work with new technologies.
