...id reasons. There is no cab or food or shift allowance. Not recommended to join. No variable pay from 3 years and no hike so always assume salary less than your CTC. They also hold salary at the time of exit so beware. Minor laptop issue then they ask to pay for full laptop price. Pretty much a chindi company avoid at all cost.

Mphasis constantly provides the opportunity to learn and improve your skillset. There is no barrier to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Unfortunately, mphasis is a very poor pay master. The HR policies are not up to date with the current market. Most people improve their salaries by resigning and the company retaining them.

Likes

...ce is good. No Micro Management. No pressure (Not sure about other projects). Not much deductions, what salary amount HR negotiate you will get the same, no extra deduction like Performance Variable or extra unnecessary deduction.

Dislikes

Worst Bench Policy. If company doesn't have projects what Employee can do, for that atleast company needs to consider. Almost no Hikes, if you will get Hike, the percentage is very low as compared to other company.

Likes

The learning and growth opportunities are constant. What it lacks in compensation, it makes up in career advancement and skill development.

Dislikes

The compensation is only upgraded as a part of the retention process. The company still seems to think that there is an abundance of specialized labor in the market which is no longer the case. No proactive measures taken to ensure that employees are happy with their compensation and that they are atleast close to the market standards.

Likes

The learning opportunities provided at this organisation seem limitless. I am constantly developing skill sets for new roles and progressing in my career.

Dislikes

The compensation restructure system for employees growing within the organisation do not reflect on the growth and the market value for the roles employees grow into leading to attrition.
