No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.

Company wise I don't have any issue. Till now they have not build any technical capabilities and very less technical project.

Past 3 years there was no msi. For any change in salary you have to get offer letter from outside then only they will increase your salary.

Some of the great leaders to work with & learn from, but only if you are luck. Most leaders just follow rule book and don't think out-of-the box

Dislikes

...away without doing any work No delivery leaders owns people care & their growth. They don't have any authority on matters like salary hike and say everything is driven from 'top' ! No recognition or a thought for old timers even if they deserve much more salary or better role.

...end almost it years with Mphasis and i believe it is as best in the IT industry. Following things you can find job security salary on time good people around you and good culture.

Increment in MSI are the things which I believe which didn't work for many of employees it still this company value human beings

Retain resources if project ramps / closes down. Helps place resources from BPS / BPO to APPS if they have inclination to IT.

Dislikes

Infrastructure, salary doesn't justifyies the designation. No recognition even after giving your best and smooth functioning of the process.
