I like the work and life balance. Also, on the transparency and respect they give when you work well. Felt better than than my first organisation.

Hikes, variable pay and bench policy. You should go for higher salary when you enter Mphasis.

... you are on the bench for a long time No one listens and tries to solve issues Less salary for the same roles as compared with other companies Once you are on project , it is not guaranteed if you will get relevent tasks to gain experience Trained on different skill and mapped to another skill.

waste , nothing much, they dont pay salary more than 2 months in bench ( this applicable even during the normal condition )

Mphasis bench policy is really worst, and the RMG doesnt give u any projects, mphasis pay you only 2 month salary when you are in bench with full pay, then 2 months half pay. this policy is always ( even if the market is in good condition ) NO scope of learning and growth, salary hike will be 2 to 3 % every year, dont join Mphasis, it will make you forget your existing technical skills

they should pay the salary atleast 3 months with full pay during this covid lock down time , but the company still follow the same bench policy like before

the TFG is the worst which i have ever seen, they dont contact the employees for any opportunity and also they dont pick the call or revert to the mail when trying to contact them. its better to develop a portal with more proper details about the projects internal to mphasis and the employees can apply directly, TFG team is of NO use .

Decent place to work if we get good hike during joining itself. WFH policy(during 2022) was good, being a large scale company they understand our unavoidable personal/medical issues if it's valid and don't force much in making us work from office by pressure, however this might be applicable based on Project basis as well as based on designation/band level also.

...train them. Definitely there was some language based politics to certain extent. Do not expect decent hike or variable pay for atleast 1.5 years to 2 years. After that also not sure.
