The quality of projects are really good. The colleagues and managers are helpful and supportive and easily reachable Hard work is recognized and appreciated

Maintaining long wasteful ODC hours. No communication devices allowed inside. No salary appraisal for lateral employees. Bench period starts before you actually go to the bench. Full salary for just 1 month after this time.

Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7.
