*Mangement team is not well trained and they are biased especially in chennai *Salary is really less * Hikes are not given for long time *there no good benefits, they don't even provide insurance *They will ask to revoke resignation and say that they match the salary other company is offering but what's employee will be not knowing is once the resignation is revoked they will never match the salary at all. I personally faced this issue *Management team is really bad

It's a good organization to start the career but should not continue once you complete 1 year at Mphasis.

1. Toxic work culture, 2. No salary hikes at all. 3. Very selfish management. 4. Fake promises.

I work for a big four company.. Still I can say mphasis is the best.. The support, the atmosphere, the people, staff and hr support mangers support all I can say is that it is the best best place to work... Peace. Even wen my log out was at 2.30 .. I would still stay der.. Cause it was never like hell feelings.

Salary, hike is the only problem. Still if u think that u dont have work life balance... U can choose mphasis.. Cause I had more time for my personal life as well as I work... I used to cover my work out, morning walk, watch TV, play game, go out meet friends still I reach my office on time...

Hi guys, I would like to share these as an employee as well or ex employee you can say. The most worst company i have ever seen in my life till date. While hiring they might ask you all kind of rocket science but once you are in they will assign a dummy work which is not having any motive. You will loose your skills, you will feel lonely, you will feel insecure because the work you would be doing is having no upskilling or does not require any skills sometime. Please never ever join.. Cons: No job security No upskilling environment The learnings are to be paid from own pocket No hike No bonus No promotion Pros: If you have manipulation skill join here it is the best place If you want to see your own degrade best thi is the place

... of your bench time already. This might be not understandable but this is truth. After 2 months your salary will be half then after one month no payment.
