On time salary. Learning scope is good since its like a start up company. Good for freshers

Not organized. Majority of Telgu speaking people are here. Partiality with non telugu speaking people. Most of employees are connected in chain like either husband wife, Brothers, Sisters or Friends. Some are working 12hrs, some are not, enjoying whole day staying away. Strange to see some got promoted within 4 months and in 7-8 years will become Sr. Manager or Director.

Work Life Balance, Clarity of Top Level management, Thought Leaders, On Time Salary, Good Bonus for Performers.

Dislikes

Lacks excitement from Mid level Management, Work from home takes its toll, there can be once a year get together at least.
