Not secured job, job pressure, no hile according to MNC or salary, no good salary, no good promotion, loose the 2000 or other incentives if we make a single mistake in a month, no good shift timings, no both side cab, no good location in udyog vihar phase 5 sp infocity and etc

- 6 days work week - Less pay as per market price - No WFH situation. - Less hike(2-10%)

Concentrix is amazing. I learned alot. The environment, staff and everything else is just awesome 👍😊 company policies are best.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing , they put you on PLA , they give work from home and their VPN doesn't works its extra loaded and than they make you come to office and mark you absent without pay if VPN doesn't works

Everything, their salary, their sick leave policy even if u report sick they ll Mark u unpaid leave, they will send transport 3hrs before shift and so daily u spend 4-5 hrs in travelling and at the time of drop they make u wait for one hour till u get ur transport, they give shift at 12:30 am midnight and transport comes at 9:30pm 4 hrs before shift as they don't have late transport , all horrible policies not at all staff friendly.
