...d at Morgan Stanley. Medical benifits, career development courses are available. While joining they provide good percent hike over your existing salary.

Dislikes

Appraisal hikes are very low, less then market standard. Favouritism happens very frequent, community support culture is followed by senior management. Internal movements are purely dominated and managed by senior management. They don't let you leave team easily, or they spoil your ratings.

Don’t have any single good thing to highlight.

Dislikes

Worst work culture, lot of favouritism, no job security, Good salary hike & bonus will be given for the one who is close to managers, no scope for improvement and manager will treat well for the best buttering employees but not for honest & hard working employees.

They take care of their employees well, in financial terms. In covid situation as well, company managed to pay us in full along with additional bonus and compensation.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

1.Great to join if you are early in your career. 2. Salary & Increments are fine.

Dislikes

They follow a very rigid hierarchy structure. Seniors make opinions based on the views from their 1 downs. You can have all the valid points in the world but no one will take your opinion if you are a junior. 2. Too much importance is given if something is said by an onshore personal. Valid points are not a consideration then.

Pay and perks are good.

Dislikes

Mid level managers in model risk management are incompetent, incapable of doing any hands on. Senior management cannot tolerate criticism No work ethics. Credit is often not given to the deserving person. Promotions are manipulated for personal propaganda.
