My ASM Specially Vishal Gupta is not good person . Not motivated by Team. Meeting not happened every month. His picture not clear with ground realities . Market not visit . RD point not visit . Not discuss with PC team and TSI team . Cultural differences ASM belong From J&K not like Our North East Culture. His judgement is very critical mostly 2/3 person he likely the most in our Team team Size is Total 7 Person .

Good salary in Training around 43k in hand post confirmation it would be around 80k.Company culture is good.

If you're offered SOT(Sales officer Trainee) profile then please do not completely rely on it because company may not absorb you dispute good performance. EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON VACANCIES.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours in a day as i have to attend client call in evening and lat night their no-job training senior pressure to focus to number deliver

...yee.Also if the person is smart and capable to handle next level jobs then he Salary /Appraisal- Salary is offered low or equal to some big local big corporates and appraisal is based on performance + set objective. Travelling is always part of outdoor sales in city or within country or International depending on employee’s working area. Politics is always there in small to MNC companies People learn on job and trainings provided to enrich knowledge for better performance . Work environment is pleasant & friendly . Innovation is done on different levels and good innovation get appreciation and recognition. Work-Life balance can be balance with Time Management
