Project managers are co-operative.Friendly environment.

Salary not on time.No opportunity for growth.Lots of politics.Some people are there like 'Company ka jamai' Only these people gets hike and position without that level of knowledge.

Third class company. Management is worst. They not provide salary on time. Everyones salary is on hold to like 2-3 month's. They have fired so many employees recently without reason. They higher fresher and make them to do donkey work.

...logies...very strong team...knowledgeable peers/seniors who take time out help..some get opportunity to become cross skilled and such people get huge growth in career and salary..

... life balance could be better but considering the startup culture I understand..offered salary can be better..company soon to get acquired so hopefully that gets sorted..

Good exposure. Won't be like MNCs here u will get to learn different things and grow faster good increments too if u are good in job..More responsibility also but if u want to fast growth.

Nothing so far. They're started with trainings and workshops now which wasnt there before but need to do more.
