This was my first job and as my first company to work with. Along with all its pros and cons I would still say I had the best experience that can never be altered by any company or job profile.

No Hikes- hike is just 3-5 % with low package, No promotions, Only Politics.. If they want us they will give lot of work to us. Mainly they will focus on the outside employees and there is no encouragemebt for the person who started the journy in the same organization I hate you Wipro and I will not come again

I have started my career with Wipro Kolkata, I got many opportunities here. As a fresher you will have to set your priorities, learning and development is most important in your initial days, this organisation will not disappoint you when it's come to your development. As a fresher start with Wipro is fare. The more you learn the more you grow within the organisation end number of opportunities available. Job security is there, always remember you are working in private sector, your deliverables will decide your journey.

...her organisations. This could have been better, rest it is a good organization. Salary and benefits could have been better.

The only thing good about WIPRO is you can get promoted to the L2 roles quickly

The pay structure of WIPRO is very very poor for non tech bg. With the salary it is important to survive in tier 1 city. You cant expect more than 12k as a fresher and for the same/similar roles companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Virtusa, Consentrix pay you far more better then Wipro and that is the major reason for the attrite rate

Good for a fresher to start of with as Wipro doesn't hire experienced people because they will have to pay more.

After working for 6 years the CTC did not cross ₹20,000 let's not talk about the in hand compensation
