The Ceo and all the other employees take an effort in order to maintain a very nice relationship with everyone, I think that changes everything and the company would excel this way.

Dislikes

Clients are everything, the organisation sometimes loses power and it seems like they wont be able to help you even if they want to.

The founding members and the ceo are the most delightful and humble people i have come across in my career. Having to work for a couple of organizations makes you realize the pros and cons, even after that my experience in this company has been spectacular.
