Everything , you will not get Appraisal, off (if you applied for Off on any day you want then they will deduct your weekend off and you have to work on that day) Only things you will get that scolding for small mistakes and there is shift which changes every week that destroy your health as well as mental health.

Late night dedication due to work extensions, much work at less pay scale.

...t, no hike, no more projects so much insecurity, No hikes. No WORK LIFE BALANCE. No pay scale, yes you can get enough to survive with your basis needs.

Microland is a good company which gives its employees chance for skill development. Also there is good work and life balance.

...turely by client then only 2 of 8 people in our team were retained by microland. Rest were given 45 days notice to leave organization but they 1 month extra salary. So job security is not there if your project ends.

No proper feedback at the time of appraisal from the client. They are not sure what we are doing at client

Rotational shifts without shift allowances, they only provide allowances for night shift which is 250 rupees. No free transport, you will have to pay for it. Since we are working from we could neglect this transportation. Only females can get one side free transport. Health insurance policy won't cover parents and it will be only for spouse and childrens.
