Nothing much, but yes one positive is salary always provide on time. It's easy to filup attandance and company related portal access. Working atmosphere not good. Company totally dependent on client representative. Means that employee is not first priority of company but client is everything for company.

Everything has been a bad experience except timely salary. Company culture not enough professional and job security as dependent on how your client location relationship with client representative.

Microland provides exposure to various IT projects and encourages skill development through training programs.

salary is not competitive compared to other IT service companies. Limited increments or lower-than-expected appraisals

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.

Managers and TL's are worst with no technical knowledge. Always listen to client words don't think about team member work life balance. 24*7 support no sleep, no personal life, IJP will be enable after 1 year and no guarantee of job. Business manager only needs results don't understand genuine problem. Monday to Saturday strict work schedule. No appreciation of hard work.

There is not any job security. They are taking employee in the contract period of the Microland. They are very clever. They are mentioned in the appointment letter that they can ask you to leave company any time after serve notice period for any reason. After end of any project of the Microland they are use above mentioned term and condition and ask to leave company after serve notice period. They are also can place in the another project but worst HR and reporting managers are not taking any step for this and tell you false commitment that they are try to place another project but this is not mandatory as per term and condition. If want to join then please don't join in the contract basis and simply ignore there offer letter because during interview HR tell you lie that this will be permanent payroll but not mentioned you about contract period. If want join then ask them that there will be not any contract period and after end of any project you have to given six month compensation till employee not get any other job.
