No Salary on time. No incentives. No PF on time. No reimbursement etc. Company & Management doesn't follow their own created policies. Please don't join this organization as this company & management is playing with the employees career. Please research about this company twice & thrice in the market. Worst Founders ever - Super critical, Workplace is full of negativity when they are in office. No respect for internal & external stakeholders, support staff, Humliliation, embarassment & the worst part is they yell at employees like a street fight, not even in person, You will always have a fear of losing your self respect, dignity at any given time. Mental Harassment.

Nothing to be honest.

Dislikes

Work culture is horrible for sales people. Other real estate companies leave you by 6/7 on weekdays but here if you dont have clients they asked you to do telecalling until 9-10 pm. They hire people as a relationship manager but order them to do a telecalling job. Bosses/TLs/AM/Heads always rinsulting the employees. Vapes used by certain employees or TLs in the office premises. Abusive bosses. Threats to lay off was frequent.
